Technical Training for In-Demand Careers.

Bristol Technical Education Center (BTEC) prepares high school students, adult learners, and apprentices with the technical skills, industry experience, and confidence needed for today's workforce. As part of the Connecticut Technical Education and Career System (CTECS), BTEC offers hands-on career training, industry-recognized certifications, and real-world work-based learning opportunities across a variety of high-demand fields. BTEC also serves as the umbrella for Connecticut's aviation maintenance technician programs at CT Aero Tech and Stratford School for Aviation Maintenance Technicians, providing specialized pathways into the aviation industry. Through career-focused education and strong industry partnerships, BTEC equips students with the skills to enter the workforce or continue their education with confidence.
